1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Ecolt Energy website (www.ecoltenergy.com). The website is run by Ecolt Energy Private Limited, Narasaraopet, Andhra Pradesh – 522601 (“Ecolt”, “we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. What this website is for

It gives information about solar systems and our services and lets you ask for a quote, a site visit, finance guidance or a job. Nothing on this website is an offer that we must honour or a contract. A contract exists only when you and Ecolt sign a written quotation or agreement.

3. Estimates and savings figures

Savings numbers, system sizes, payback periods and the solar estimate for your area are indicative. Real results depend on your roof, shade, direction, electricity tariff, usage, weather and how the system is looked after. We do not guarantee any particular saving or generation figure from the website. Our written quotation, prepared after a site survey, is what applies to your project.

4. Subsidies, loans and approvals

Subsidies (such as PM Surya Ghar), net metering approvals and bank loans are decided by the government, your electricity distribution company (DISCOM) or the lender, under their own rules and eligibility, which can change. We can guide you through the process, but we do not control their decisions or timelines.

5. Prices and quotes

Prices and rates mentioned on the website are for general information. The price for your project is the one in our written quotation, which is valid for the period stated in it and depends on the site survey.

6. Warranty and service

Warranty and maintenance for a system we install are set out in the written agreement or warranty document you receive. The Warranty and Maintenance Guide pages explain them in general terms only.

7. Using the website

When you use this website you agree to:

• give details that are accurate and that belong to you or that you are allowed to share;
• not send spam, automated or repeated submissions, or anything unlawful, harmful or misleading;
• not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its database;
• not copy the website with automated tools in a way that harms it.

We may block access or ignore submissions that break these rules.

8. Content and ownership

The text, design, photographs, logo and other content on this website belong to Ecolt or to the people who allowed us to use them. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without our written permission. Instagram posts shown on the Projects page belong to their owners.

9. Links and embedded content

The website links to and embeds content from other providers, such as Google Maps and Instagram. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.

10. Limits of our responsibility

The website and its information are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Ecolt is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that comes from using or relying on the website, or from it being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be settled by talking is subject to the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
